Mayor’s Youth Empowerment Program

MYEP is a stands for Mayor’s Youth Empowerment Program and it is located locally here in Iowa City. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing personal growth in community involvement for people with disabilities. Supporting the same core values ourselves on community involvement and personal growth, teaming up with MYEP was the perfect fit. Quarterly our friends from MYEP come into the salon, hang out with us, and get their haircuts by our team here. Together we empower each other to create a better tomorrow for all of us here in Iowa City.
